Our Story

Diane Forgy began a successful career in commercial real estate and development after graduating from college and gained experience leasing and selling industrial, retail and office properties, and build-to-suits. She moved back to the Midwest to continue in real estate and assist her parents with their small business, ultimately taking over the family business and growing it thirty fold. Diane is now excited to put her expertise to work offering exceptional land buying opportunities for families, businesses and investors of all kinds across the country.
